Who we are
MenuHedge is a software platform that helps independent restaurants track ingredient costs and dish margins. MenuHedge was founded by Pauline Dernikoghossian in London. For anything to do with your personal information, contact us at menuhedge@outlook.com.
What we collect on this website
When you fill in the early access form, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- your restaurant’s name, type and town or city
- anything you write in the message box
We only collect what you choose to send us. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own site, so visiting a page does not share your details with font providers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to talk to you about early access to MenuHedge, and to understand which restaurants are interested so we can build the right features. We will not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details.
Who handles your information

How long we keep it
We keep early access requests for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them. If you become a MenuHedge user, your account is covered by the platform’s own terms and privacy information.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. Email menuhedge@outlook.com and we will reply within one month.
